Patrick has spent the past 20 years and more honing his Real Estate experience. The result today is a man with the incredible ability to relay and apply his knowledge whenever necessary, at a speed and efficiency unparalleled by any other. Apart from being a skilled Agent, he has also adopted the role of being a Trainer, where he regularly imparts knowledge to the rest of his team via coaching and mentoring. During his time in real estate, he has earned a slew of awards which are testament to his abilities. While hunting for his very own property long ago, Patrick was struck by the notion of a ‘home’. This kindled a keen interest in Real Estate, where he soon became a part of. He realised how he could impact clients greatly by linking them with their dream homes, which are big-ticket and substantial items in their life that lead greatly to happiness. We selected the team of Patrick Poon and Joycelyn Wong after interviewing 5 agents who had active marketing activities and a track record in our condo. We are more than happy and satisfied with our choice. In a very tight market for labour, Patrick managed to use his own network to secure painters to do some touch up in our condo a few days after we appointed him and Joycelyn as our agents. He actually came to do quality control of the touch up work. As soon as the touch up was finished, Patrick and Jocyelyn lined up 6 potential buyers to visit our unit. 4 days from the first buyer visit Patrick and Joycelyn managed to negotiate and clinched a record selling psf for us. It’s truly impressive that less than 2 weeks from their appointment our unit was sold at the highest psf. In addition Patrick was extremely helpful to facilitate our completion in absentia like taking the keys from us at 10pm on a Sunday night right before we caught our flight.Patrick really deserves his 5 stars
